仕事内容

Job content
- Develop and execute sales plan to identify major customers and promote companys products and services.
- Responsible for both direct sales and distributor sales in Japan -
- Business development for new customer account.
- Large panel of collaboration with sales team marketing colleagues and top talent engineer in order to close the deals.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales for IT industry.
- Great if you have embedded system sales experience
- Experience creating and executing mid-long term account plans for top customers (telecom industrial automation medical semicon etc...)
- If you are not allergic to English it is a big plus
- You need to present well and have good communication skills
- Creativity and market understanding is very nice to have
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- We will train you but you need to be hands-on and pro-active
- Motivation and enthusiasm is a must
