－ Develop and execute sales plan to identify major customers and promote companys products and services.
－ Responsible for both direct sales and distributor sales in Japan －
－ Business development for new customer account.
－ Large panel of collaboration with sales team marketing colleagues and top talent engineer in order to close the deals.
－ At least 5 years of sales for IT industry.
－ Great if you have embedded system sales experience
－ Experience creating and executing mid－long term account plans for top customers （telecom industrial automation medical semicon etc...）
－ If you are not allergic to English it is a big plus
－ You need to present well and have good communication skills
－ Creativity and market understanding is very nice to have
－ Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
－ We will train you but you need to be hands－on and pro－active
－ Motivation and enthusiasm is a must
