・Work closely with the Brand Director define the commercial objectives for the Brand and ensure they are achieved
・Develop and maintain excellent relationships with main customers in order to deeply understand their needs and business opportunities
・Responsible for the distribution and actively manages brand presence by negotiating and increasing brand visibilities.
・Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives by leading the sales team
・Discovering new business opportunities and sales channels such as select shops
・Maintains regular scheduled visits to key accounts presents the product and merchandises the collection with the objective to maximize sell－in and sell－through.
・Work closely with marketing team to maximize brand visibilities through visual merchandising.
・Organize various buying events and marketing activities coordinate with marketing team
・Analysis the product stock status and maintain a sufficient stock level.
・Acknowledge of competitor’s activities. （prices/visibilities/events）
・Conduct regular reports including weekly/monthly sales report and customer feedback
・Conduct regular training/ product briefing to distributors and key customers to enhance their knowledge and selling skills
The Successful Applicant
・Minimum 5 year experience in watch or fashion background
・Experience in wholesale and key account management
・Result－driven analytical and a challenge seeker
・Strong negotiation skills
・Energetic and passion about the brand
・Self－motivator and not afraid to make changes
・Good MS Office （Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook） skills with excellence in Excel Visual merchandising experience is a plus
