E Business Manager – Active Cosmetics Division
Develops Division’s overall e-business strategy that fits with Division and Brands objective. Sets appropriate commercial targets and develops relevant plans on owned on-line store. Leads and negotiates with e-commerce partners to implement Division’s e-business strategy and to achieve commercial targets. Drives customer acquisition retention and growth through digital marketing and a seamless customer experience online including managing CRM and loyalty programs. Develops customer understanding through customer data contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase. Activates right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific ecommerce KPIs (unique visitors conversion rate profit optimization) Works closely with marketing to ensure that the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy.
Total of minimum 7 years experience in business of which 3-5 years of direct or indirect e-commerce management ideally in beauty or relevant market category. High level strategic thinking yet hands-on approach for operational execution Strong commercial sense and results-oriented thoughts Business English proficiency Experience of people management is a plus
