Manager Global Sales




<Primary Responsibilities>
** Drive achievement of vehicle wholesale objectives through effective retail operations consulting (pull strategy)
** Improve visibility and reliability of market sales forecasts and carflow
- Achieve yearly wholesale and retail business plans for models within the markets
- Conduct systematic regional/market discussions to review operations and assess all aspects of sales to drive achievement of sales and profit objectives
- Identify areas for improvement coach and motivate regional/market/dealer partners to take corrective actions
- Support Global and Regional/Market executives and management with sales related issues and actions
- Co-operate with global and regional stakeholders to continue to improve the capabilities of markets sales field force

<Primary Tasks>
** Deep understanding of product positioning lifecycle content pricing target customer and key competitors for opportunities in each market
** Monitor (monthly-->daily) vehicle mix carflow and days supply
** Ensure retail sales reporting is timely and accurate (minimize/eliminate retail not sold)
** Help develop sales and incentive policies/programs
** Understand/improve sales target setting process to align with margin optimization and dealer engagement/performance
** Monitor/improve all variable marketing incentives vs. plan
- Promote healthy sales behavior by seeking opportunities to improve profitability including at the partner/outlet level
- Monitor/improve all marketing/advertising campaigns to ensure effectivness including proper key buying actions targets are set/achieved
- Promote voice of region/market/dealer partner/field force to Global Headquarters
- Monitor/Improve Customer Quality using tools/surveys

- Mature and credible sucessful record in Sales/Dealer Network matters
- Communicative adaptable and open minded; ability to flexibly interface with multi-cultural stakeholders
- Logical and strategic thinking for successful sales project management experience with sales achievements

Experience of the car industry : Prefered
TOEIC : Business Fluency in Speaking/Writing
- Japanese business fluency in speaking / writing
- Genuine care thoughts/actions for end-customers and dealer/partner

Experience of the car industry : Prefered
TOEIC : above 800 equivalent
